Emery Smith, MS, RDN, CDN is a registered dietitian nutritionist specializing in gut health, food anxiety, and practical, real-life nutrition strategies. She holds a Master of Science in Clinical Nutrition from New York University and is a Certified Dietitian Nutritionist (CDN) licensed in the state of New York.
Emery is the creator of the Gut Reset Course and the popular Mini Gut Reset Kit, and she works 1:1 with clients through her 4-Week Gut Support Package. Her approach blends science-backed guidance with a warm, non-restrictive style that empowers clients to eat with confidence and support their digestive health without extremes.
