Specific Note on Recipes & Photography:

  • You may link to our recipes or use a single image with credit and a link back to the original post.
  • You may not republish an entire recipe (ingredients + instructions) or the Symptom Tracker PDF on your own website or social media without prior written permission.
  • The “Symptom & Pattern Tracker” download is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not sell, redistribute, or reproduce it for sale.

3. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

  1. All registration information you submit (e.g., for the newsletter) will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
  2. You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

4. Digital Products & Downloads

The Mindful Morsel offers digital products for download (e.g., The Symptom Tracker).

  • License: When you download a digital product, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your personal, non-commercial use.
  • Refunds: Due to the immediate, digital nature of the products, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you have technical issues accessing the file, please contact us for assistance.

The Site provides information regarding diet, health, and wellness. You acknowledge and agree that the following warnings and disclaimers shall apply to all of our Content:
